BEYOND ORGANIC is a documentary that explores a new form of sustainable farming
called biological farming. Biological farmers are attempting to increase the nutrient
density of their produce through natural techniques while also conserving natural
resources. Some farmers who have made the switch from conventional to biological
farming have been able to cut their water usage by more than half.
