Alfred O'Neal Warren

Alfred O'Neal Warren was born 18 May 1832 in Durham Creek, Beaufort County, North Carolina. He was the son of Reading 'Redding' G Warren and Rachel Evett. He was recorded on the census of 1 June 1850 living in Durham Creek District, Beaufort County. He was enumerated as Alfred Warren age 19 in the household of Reading 'Redding' G Warren. He married Sydney Emmaline Caton, daughter of Jesse Robason Caton and Decia Ann Whitehurst, 1860 in Beaufort County, North Carolina. During the year 1861, Alfred O'Neal Warren enlisted in Company K, 31st Regiment North Carolina Troops, to serve in the armies of the Confederacy during the War Between the States. He died 24 October 1910 in Edward, Beaufort County, North Carolina, at age 78. Alfred O'Neal Warren was buried in the White Hill Free Will Baptist Cemetery in Small.
