William Archibald Walker

William Archibald Walker has an estimated birth date of June 1835 in North Carolina. He was the son of Hodge Walker and Eliza (--?--). He married first Mary E Fillingame 3 December 1856 in Beaufort County, North Carolina. Their names were recorded as "Archible Walker and Mary E. Fullinggan." During the year 1861, William Archibald Walker enlisted in Company I, 2nd Regiment North Carolina State Troops, to serve in the armies of the Confederacy during the War Between the States. Company I was known as the Beaufort Rifles. He married second Jehosheba 'Jehosbey' Rowe, daughter of David Rowe and Mary Tuten, circa 1866 in North Carolina. His death was estimated to be between 1911 and 1919 in North Carolina.
