My line of descent is through the marriage of daughter Mary Jane Susan (Peed) Rowe and her second husband, John B Franklin Peed, who was a grandson of my ancestor Henry Peed. Although these two Peed families share the same surname, extensive research has not revealed a lineal relationship between George W Peed and Henry Peed.
