Thomas Howard was born say 1682 in Virginia. He married Elizabeth Brough, daughter of Coleman Brough and Elynor Corprew, in Virginia. His will has not been reviewed but appraisers for his estate were appointed 17 September 1735 and his estate was settled 19 February 1740. His death was estimated to be before September 1735 in Elizabeth City County, Virginia.
