- Independent Business Owner & Operator 1981 to present, Rocky Mountain
Region
Oversaw and personally worked in all fields of the business, including
legal, human resources, promotion and marketing, production, customer service,
networking, and research and development. Purpose of this business was to
market products and skills by small, independent parties. Projects accomplished
included successfully marketing an independent musician, solar panel
installation, computer set-up, computer training & operations consulting,
publications layout, extensive technical writing, and environmental consulting.

Did a series of small jobs with various organizations, mostly in
construction, and radio & television broadcasting.
WRITING EXPERIENCE
- Extensive meteorology research & reporting for several Colorado
newspapers; 1980-83.
- MultiMate & Knowledge Man (SQL) documentation for New Life Church in
Denver; 1984-85.
- Writing and layout for numerous computer documentation projects, including
a 75-page document for a Corporate air travel Department tracking database;
1987-88. - Editing and formatting reports on the Rocky Mountain Arsenal
environment; 1988.
- "Exceptionally clear" instructional data sheets on basic DOS
operations, WordPerfect, Lotus 123, Pagemaker, for a computer course I
presented; 1989-90.
- First environmental consultant to emphasize readability and practicality
in the creation of written assessment reports for clients.
- The International Tesla Society's Lightning Award for achievement.
Provided contributions to the Society's Extraordinary Science magazine,
including "Resonance: A Force of Nature"; 1993.
- Author of Design Ecology, the first book to integrate Chinese Feng Shui,
German Building Biology, and other fields of study into a single coherent
discipline; also the first book to take a scientific approach to Feng Shui and
explain why it works; 1993 & 1996.
- Assisted in compilation and layout of an automotive directory; 1999.
- Development of website and promotional documents for placement on website,
for tutoring center, Literacy for Life in Englewood, CO; 1999.
- Authored a number of published articles. The full list runs over 7 pages.
These include music reviews, scientific reports and technical articles on the
effects of drugs, chemicals, environmental problems, and a few poetry and
fiction pieces. Published in Borderlands, Tesla, Eagle's Cry, and Cheyenne
magazines, among many others.
- Did layout work, including graphics production, on the following: numerous
flyers and publications for promotion, five editions of my book, a poetry
journal published annually for the past four years, and many magazine articles
in diverse publications.
