MUSIC: If for any reason you are not satisfied with a music product from Light Age Marketing, you can return it. According to your request, you can either exchange it for another title, or get a full refund.
PUBLICATIONS: Because printed material is easily damaged, it is not returnable. If there was damage in shipping, that has to be worked out with the shipper on an individual basis.
CONSULTING: Any disputes regarding consulting work must be submitted to arbitration first. Preferred arbitrators are those registered with W.I.S.E., or the minister of the client's own church.
