Chinstrap Penguins were aptly
named,
for they looked like
they were wearing a
black helmet.
We had been cautioned not
to
get too close to the penguins, but
nobody told the penguins--some
seemed a
little curious, but others
walked right
past us as though
we weren't there.
In all, we saw four different species
of penguins; the ones with the yellow
tufts on their heads were called
Macaronis. They reminded
someone
of the slang word for Italian "dandies"
who wore
their hair like Dagwood.
