What does it mean? I have no idea, and I wrote, and drew it. If it makes little, or no sense to you, it means even less sense to me.
Of course, my brain was pretty farmished at that time. The year was 1992. The previous fall, I had broken up with a girl that I had been going out with for about a year and half, and that I had been very much in love with. OK, actually she dumped my sorry ass. Anyway, to ease the pain of my broken, foolish young heart, I had been drinking lots of adult beverages, as well inhaling lots of “wacky tobaccy”. When I drew this page, I was still heavily under the influence.
If memory serves me correctly (and I don’t remember much from those days), I drew most of the artwork in ink directly on the page, without the benefit of a pencil draft underneath. This accounts for the semi-sloppy look of the piece. The original mechanical also has a lot of graphic white all over it; to cover up several mistakes, and to allow for re-drawing.
Give it a look. Study it. Let me know if you understand it. If you do, I think you should seriously consider psychiatric treatment, and/or a detox program.
In closing, I’d just like to say to all of you “Watduv borgal abwed, jox witang sumquat. Gey shtupen ein chazir. Yob tvoyu mat. Po ni, bletto. Ikn bu! Keel hilby shany, bigda yaysha…maheal tsedica. Vatzedic!” - whuteva dat means.

This komyc has been upgraded to FLASH. This should clear up any hard-to-read text (though it won't help you to understand it any better). In addition, it brings out details in some of the artwork (though it won't make it look drawn any better).
In theory, when clicking on any of the “read comic” links, browsers with a Flash 7+ plug-in installed, will be directed to the new FLASH page, while browsers with an older, or no Flash plug-in, will be directed to the original non-FLASH page. In practice, nothing ever works like it should. Therefore, there is a link to the FLASH page on the non-FLASH page, and vice versa.
