ur 1869 Victorian survived the 1906 earthquake and was completely renovated in 1998. During the recent renovation, a charming garden apartment was added to the house.

Guests walk through a private side entryway to the front door of the apartment. This guest apartment can accommodate up to four people. The quarters consist of one bedroom with a queen-size bed, two full baths, an eat-in kitchen equipped with all new convenience, living room with pull-out full-size sofa bed, and a private deck. The apartment is fully furnished (including a VCR, Cable TV, a CD/Tape player and a private phone/modem line) has plenty of closet space, hardwood floors and original artwork on the walls.

The location is across the street from Buena Vista Park providing walking paths through its 36 acres, wonderful downtown and Pacific views and public tennis courts. Also within walking distance is Golden Gate Park hosting the de Young, Asian Art, and Natural History Museums. Near the museums are the Japanese Tea Garden, Steinhart Aquarium, and Planetarium. Additionally, there are walking and biking paths through the entire length of this City treasure. There is easy public transportation to all major areas of interest in the City and larger Bay Area. By car, downtown and Union Square shopping areas are 20 minutes away. The Castro and Haight Ashbury districts with many restaurants, shops and clubs are close by.

Rates range from $125-$150 USD depending on the time of year and number of occupants.

I look forward to meeting you,
