Dec.  12-13 :  Send Christmas cards to captains

Dec.   1-31  :  Begin looking for firewood contractors - get bids

Dec.   1-31  :  Advertising Man on board

Dec.   1-31  :  Showers at Oak Ridge (yes/no)

Dec.   1-31  :  Compile List of staff members ( get names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail aaddresses if any,  and funds needed)

1999

Jan.   1-31  :  Meet with Chamber of Commerce

Jan.   1-31  :  Compile list of local officials we need to meet with

Feb.  10      :  Meet with advertising man and map out advertising strategy.

Feb.   1-29  :  Start discussion on water

Nov. 20       :  Land Contract is signed

Nov. 27       :  Meet with gate people, landowner, Chamber of Commerce, and publicity staff at Lovingston Chamber office.

Dec 06         :  EPR equipment storage finally arranged, trailer storage contract signed.

Dec. 14        : Knives & Sheaths (Officers gifts) contract is signed

Dec. 22        : Haversacks ordered - contract signed

Dec. 27        : Hooters ordered - contract signed

2000

Jan. 03         :  Telephone Contract

Feb.  5-6       :  First big work party at site. Meet with available Captains and see what needs to be done on ranges. Review planning and timelines. See what funds Captains need. Also meet at 10:00AM on Saturday with important community people - Sheriff's Office, Emergency, Services, State Police, Rescue Squad, Fire Dept, and Highway Dept people.Also check on wood.

Feb 21-26     :  Letter to traders asking to advertise in book. (Approx 250 letters sent out

Sept. 24            :  Public days (time in camp for 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Sept 30 last pub day)

Sept. 26            :  Children's day ($2.00 per person.  From 9:00 am to 4:00 pm)

Sept. 27            :  Camp feast (all day with games, etc.)

Sept. 30            :  Public days (time in camp for 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Sept 24 1st pub day)

Oct. 1                :  Official end of rendezvous (Start Sept. 23)

Oct. 4                :  Last date workers will be at the rendezvous (cleanup etc.)

Oct. 5-31           :  Pay all vendors, close books, and send in money.
