With any large rendezvous there is going to be state and local regulations which must be strictly followed. The best course of action is to meet with all of the local officials far enough ahead to allow for planning and making sure you are in complete compliance. If you plan your meetings far enough a head of time the local officials will appreciate the advanced notice and will be very cooperative in assisting you. Here is the list of officials we talked to when planning the EPR. Virtually every one of these people were very helpful in assisting us and we experienced no problems what-so-ever.
