1. List the event in Chase's Book of Events 2. Notify all the local schools about touring the encampment. 3. Send a News Release to all Chamber of Commerce Departments within about a 100 mile radius. 4. Send a News Release to all Historical Societies within about a 100 mile radius. 5. Send a News Release to all newspaper publications within about a 100 mile radius. 6. Send out a release for Public Service Announcements to all the radio and TV stations within about a 100 mile radius. 7. Arrange for some air time with local TV stations if possible. (Lynchburg WSET-TV) 8. Try for some air time on a national TV broadcast such as Good Morning America. |
