An Exceptional Millennium Event

ALL ABOUT PORTABLE TOILETS (HOOTERS):

Portable toilets (hooters) are one of the most expensive costs to the rendezvous. It is essential to have the correct number of hooters so there are not long lines, and to keep them as clean as possible. The rendezvous must also meet local health regulations in order to stay out trouble. Since the EPR is a family event and if it is to be enjoyed by all, we have a goal of keeping mama happy!! Your EPR staff firmly believes ``if mama ain't happy, ain't nobody happy!!!" This year, for the first time the EPR will be renting 4-station sink units so folks can wash up. There will be a sink station with every group of hooters.

Your EPR staff has negotiated a firm contract with Allied Portable Toilet Rentals as follows:

70 - Standard Portable Toilets - 86 high x 48 wide x 48 deep -- 230 LBS weight
5 - Handicapped Units - 87 high x 61 wide x 61 deep -- 570 LBS weight
7 - 4 Station Sinks - 58 high x 22.5 wide x 22.5 deep -- 60 LBS weight
All units to be cleaned approximately 12 times

TOTAL COST : $9,290.00

SCHEDULE:

Friday, September 8, 2000 - Deliver five (5) regular toilets and one (1) handicap unit.
Monday, September 11, 2000 - Service all 6 units delivered above.
Friday, September 15, 2000 - Deliver all remaining units.
Monday, September 18, 2000 - Service all toilets and sinks on site beginning about 6:00AM
Saturday, September 23, 2000 - Service all toilets and sinks on site beginning about 6:00AM
Sunday, September 24, 2000 - Service all toilets and sinks on site beginning about 6:00AM
Monday, September 25, 2000 - Service all toilets and sinks on site beginning about 6:00AM
Tuesday, September 26, 2000 - Service all toilets and sinks on site beginning about 6:00AM
Wednesday, September 27, 2000 - Service all toilets and sinks on site beginning about 6:00AM
