Last week's excitement was of a possilbe Cackling Goose south of Tucson, and the bird stayed long enough for me to see it on the weekend. This Branta goose stayed in the company of a Snow Goose and a Roos' Goose, making for easy size comparisions.

This "stack" of excepts shows all three birds to make size comparison a bit easier - all are cropped out of a single image at uniform magnification.
