I get occasional requests for the use of my bird images - more often now that I've got this web site on line. If the request is from a non commercial user for a cause I support, I often grant free use of the images. But for commercial use, I expect to be compensated at the fair commercial rate. Here are some of the publications that have used my photos of birds.

	Sparrows of the United States and Canada - The Photographic Guide, by David Beadle and James Rising, used my Spotted Towhee image.
	Hummingbirds of North America, by Sheri Williamson, Houghton Mifflin, 2001, used my image of a female hummingbird feeding at sapsucker holes.
	Birds of North America, by Kenn Kaufman, used a shot of a Laughing Gull in flight.
	Bird's Eye Guide to 101 Birding Sites - Phoenix, by Mike Rupp, used four of my images.
	The Ultimate Desert Handbook, by Mark Johnson, McGraw Hill 2003, used one of my Costa's Hummingbird images.
