Commentary: Most of the photos of Sandhill Cranes taken at
Bosque del Apache are of birds flying out
of or into the night roost ponds. I wanted a different view, and I
always like habitat in my images. This was taken on the Marsh Loop
where I see a few cranes on every visit.
