Place: Phoenix, AZ
Date: January 2000?
Equipment: Nikon N90S, Nikkor AF-S 300/2.8 & TC20E (=600/5.6), tripod
Film: Kodak E200 shot at 320 with a 1 stop push
Exposure: aperture priority matrix metered, natural light, no fill flash

Commentary: Bendire's Thrashers closely resemble the more common Curve-billed Thrasher, but have a straighter lower mandible that shows a lighter color at the base. The breast spotting is also different. We have both species visiting our backyard.
