Tired of the traffic on I-70, parking in the hinterlands, walking in your boots, going back to the car because the kids forgot their gloves, paying a fortune for the family's lunch, or cleaning off the car at the end of the day? Well, we were too and decided to do something about it by getting a unit as close to the lifts as you can get!
For your next ski vacation stay right at the lifts on the most perfect ski mountain in Colorado! Your car, if you even need one, is parked in the private garage below, out of the weather. Your skis and snowboards are stored in the private locked ski closet, next to the elevator and only 30 yards from the SuperBee 6-passenger lift and Copper's tubing hill. Your lunch is still in the refrigerator or simmering in the crockpot. Who cares? You ski home for lunch! All of this is possible when you stay in the Hakkarinens' ski-in, ski-out two bedroom, two bath condo in the Snowflake Condominiums at Copper Mountain Resort.
No need to drive anywhere (unless you'd like to ski Vail - just 20 minutes away) because everything for a great vacation is right there! Across the plaza are the Copper Station restaurants and lift ticket windows. Out in front is the shuttle bus stop (in case you'd like to ride over to the Copper Mountain Athletic Club for a massage and a dip in the pool or spas after a day on the slopes), and the free Summit Stage stop (if you'd like to ski Breckenridge or Keystone for a day).
Our unit sleeps 6 on two very comfortable queen size beds and a queen size sofa sleeper. The copper-accented fireplace (with firewood included), the 25 inch Stereo TV and VCR, or the stereo system with CD and cassette will keep you entertained after the lifts close should you chose not to sample the live entertainment available next door in JJ's or the Double Diamond lounge.
Don't feel like cooking dinner? Just take the elevator to the first floor and try JJ's, the Double Diamond Grill, or some of the other fine restaurants of Copper. Look for discounts in the coupon books we leave in our unit.
For your comfort this is a non-smoking unit. Sorry, no pets are allowed.
