         Bert was born 27 JUN 1884 in "Top ofthe World, Farm",  Warren County,NY.
         He died MAR 1964 in FL.

 They had the following child:
         3 F  i.  Ella RUSSELL was born 04 AUG 1907.
                  She died 14 SEP 1994 in Glens Falls NY.
                  Ella married Edward P. OCONNOR son of Thomas OCONNOR,  about 1929.
