    Have you guys seen the Cheerleaders lately? Did you know that they are LAUSD Champs?
    They have been District champs for the past 2 years. Their coach, Jesse Perez, a Lincoln
    alumnus, has brought the up to where they just qualified for the USA National Competition
    at the Anaheim Convention Center on March 15 -17th. How about we all start showing our
    support and attending these competitions? Jesse Perez is a close friend of mine and I'm
    very proud of him. He would like for more alumni to attend the competitions. You are
    invited to see them compete at Wilson High School this coming January 26th. They have
    competed there for the past 3 years and have taken 1st place every time. If you want more
    information, please feel free to email me or leave a message on here and I'll get back to
    you.
