Breaking NEWS:
First:
Utila was just named the #3 BEST ISLAND in the WORLD to live on in the
August '08 issue of Island Magazine and one of the TOP 10 Islands in the world .Also Caribbepro named Utila its #1 best investment
in Caribbean in the July issue.Finally Scuba Magazine ranked Utila and Bay Islands as best Western Caribbean Dive this year.So
pretty good reviews for our little rock.
Proof of how hot the REAL ESTATE market on Utila is and
Treasure Beach in particular is that it has been a record for sales already this YEAR..We have sold the the home
at #10 Treasure Beach BEFORE even completed..Hows that for a hot market?? Also we have also SOLD LOTS #6 and #7
at Treasure Beach as of 4/1/07 . Actually we were sold out for about a week and then we were informed by our friends
and owners that they needed to sell their lots due to life situation changes .So we now have 3 each great
lots left at Treasure Beach avaialble again but fully expect to be sold out sooner than later...Suggest acting ASAP if any
interest .
Second:
Well it is true ..the Bay Islands will become a Free Trade
Zone.This single action will be hugely important to the value of all our properties and the positive future development of
the islands.I spent two hours in private with the Governor of the Bay Islands , the Honorable Arly Thompson at Treasure Beach
in early January 2007. After this lengthy , involved and detailed conversation about the new
Free Trade Zone status with the Governor I am very convinced that the future for our islands is very bright indeed . Even
to include Offshore Banking eventually!.
Third:
As of 12/1/07 The new home at #3 Treasure Beach is completed for our
owners Laurence and Beth Hegarty.Their new home took 10 months s to complete and turned out beautifully--- a true "
Grand Bahama"style island home ..pictures coming. So now we have 2 each homes at Treasure Beach completed
with our #10 finished and SOLD earlier this year. FYI it was a short 2 years ago that Treasure Beach was in a "raw "
natural state..much has happened in those 2 years! We are now under way on another spec home at Lot #5 as
of 12 1/07 and will be completed by July 2008!!! .It is available at a preconstructuion/completion price of $550k

Fourth:
We have it on good authority that a ROAD is definitely coming to
open up the Rock Harbour area .Pushed through by the Escapa Resort developers we welcome this new development
as a real positive for our holdings at the Reef Club at Rock Harbour. This will cause huge increases in prices .More info

subdivision Treasure Beach , on the southwest end of the island of Utila as the crown jewel in our holdings. We

We are licensed General Contractors in Florida.Current and actively holding a coveted Florida Division 1
General Contracting license #CGC-061713. The highest GC licensure available and also a Florida Real Estate BROKERS
license .
We have over 24 years successful contracting development experience both in Central America ,the Caribbean,Hawaii
and of course Florida.We are duly licensed in Honduras to act as Real Estate developers via our Honduran corporation.
