Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring was arranged to be performed by the Nashua Flute Choir together with the Chelmsford Choral Society.  As such I kept to the original key signature and the piece works very well sung with a choir.  It's arranged for 1 piccolo, 4 C flutes, alto flute and bass flute.  Because the alto and bass flute parts duplicate each other so much it is possible to perform this piece without a bass flute.
