Dads Affected by Disabilities (DADS)
Connecting Special Dads with Similar Struggles

Special needs children add stresses to a family beyond a father's capacity to cope.  Called to be the leader of the home, fathers can have a hard time juggling all of life's demands as well as compassionately care for their child with special needs.  Answers are available. We are here to help you. Our team of dads:
  •  face the daily challenge of parenting those with special needs.
  • support and relate by offering practical help and resources.
  •  share from their experiences through presentations to groups and organizations.

Mission Statement

Our goal is to enable men by supporting them in their concerns. We prayerfully developed a program to identify and overcome challenges inherent to your special family. Our aim is to glorify Christ by strengthening families of kids with special needs .
Psalm 139:13-18
"For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother's womb. I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well. My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them.
How precious also are thy thoughts unto me, O God! how great is the sum of them! If I should count them, they are more in number than the sand: when I awake, I am still with thee."
