Zodiac Mindwarp & the Love Reaction

If you're here, then you must know about the boys. Again, once I have image capturing capabilities, I have a ton of images to put up. Until then, a discography must suffice! This is not complete, as I'm not listing singles and the various B-side recordings the group has made. But it's a start.

I first heard Zodiac Mindwarp and the Love Reaction on the otherwise lackluster soundtrack to the otherwise utterly worthless film, Return of the Living Dead 2 (yes, I have it on laserdisc). Shortly after hearing the single track, High Priest of Love, I was born again. The day before I graduated from high school, I saw the band play live at a long gone south bay hot spot, One Step Beyond. They played with Chemical People and Red Kross. But who would have cared. I stood at the stage, mesmerized by the maniacal crew depicted above. I gave a high five to Cobalt Stargazer, as he lie on the stage after squeezing a solo out of the electric gestapo. I still have guitar picks from the show. And that was over 8 years ago.

I've often contemplated writing the Zodiac Mindwarp movie, but I can't see anyone other than myself being interested. The group, in all its incarnations, is amazing. They can't be stopped. They still haunt the airwaves. Someday soon, they'll be back. And you had better be ready for them.
