On this website you will find brief accounts from people who feel they recall past lives as famous or well known persons, and some essays regarding famous past life recall.

Because there is so much information available on famous past lives, it is usually thought that cryptomnesia, buried memory of information we have encountered before, accounts for most of these claims, and that any claim to a famous past life is suspect. But does suspicion of the process of recalling past lives as someone well known automatically make all accounts untrue? Even the famous have the right to live again...

These are personal stories: decide for yourself.

How do we know we had famous past lives?

We don't at first. We think we have to be crazy. But, famous lives are documented lives, and eventually we find  things we recall actually happened. When we do, we start thinking that maybe we aren't so crazy, after all. Perhaps it isn't just our imagination...

The main thing I want people to realize is, if it's easy for you to imagine, then it's probably not the life you led. There's nothing truly easy about it.

Why do famous lives stand out? Because they are vivid. There's a sharper image of the colors and the experiences in a famous life, because there is more memorable activity. When we remember, we rarely recall the normal days: we remember the different times. There's more that is different in a famous life - however, as you will find in these pages, those who recall famous past lives don't recall the glory first - we recall the sharpest personal moments. Even the most public life has its hidden intimacies; these are the things we deal with most in our past life recall.
