Owner Bio

Wayne Cochrane (aka Best Record), has been General Manager/Owner/Ticket Scalper with the Los Angeles Dodgers since Season 20, when this championship team was at lowest point in DBL history. yes, the Dodgers have the all-time record most World Series won, but coming into Season 20, it was an afterthought in the minds of the fans. As a matter of fact, Dodgers fans at the time, thought it was the Mets who had the record for most series wins. What is more amazing is how quickly the fans had forgotten since only three seasons had passed since the last Series win. The exit of the Season 19 manager, brought the entrance of "Best Record", who they found outside the stadium scalping tickets. Upper management must have seen potential in this Wayne, since he held the best record for tickets scalped.

"Best Record" strives everyday to live up to his moniker - in everything. Fans hoped it would be "Best Team Ever", but at this point, "Best Record" suffices for them, or BR for short. BR took the helm and began to spend the hard earned money he got from scalping tickets, since the club no longer had any money, which spent on buying shelf space for future trophies and add supports to the existing shelf space for the previous trophies. Talk about the empty space on those shelves. BR figured new players play better ball then shelves. Good for him, and good for the fans.

Current endeavors besides GM/Owner/Ticket Scalper duties BR can be found roaming the campus of Idaho State University living out his desires to be a perpetual college student. Van Wilder has got nothing on this guy. The girls just swoon at the mention of his name, and rumor has it, the entire football cheerleader squad have a rotating schedule in spending time with him. BR, just a gigolo. No wonder Alyssa Milano goes to all the Dodgers home games. Does this explain the pink colors on this home page?
