You will be creating your life as you want it — and you will use these techniques for the rest of your life! Maarty's Empowerment programs are based on the Empowerment Training Programs developed by David Gershon and Gail Straub and taught by them to thousands of people at the Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, NY and throughout North America, Europe, Russia, and Asia. Maarty is directly trained and certified by David and Gail. About coaching, workshops, and coursesCoachingCoaching usually takes place in a one-to-one format, one coach and one life explorer meeting privately, in-person or over the phone, for twelve one-hour weekly sessions. Coaching is also available for couples, friends, or small groups. The coaching begins with a three-session introductory sequence and is followed by comprehensive work in the seven life areas. Additional coaching is available once the twelve sessions have been completed. Telephones enable people to participate in Maarty's Empowerment program from almost anywhere in the world and at any time that is convenient. All a client must do is commit to calling from a quiet space and to turning off call waiting. Maarty will make and pay for the call. Using a Web-based conference calling tool, telephone coaching may also be arranged for groups. All Maarty's Empowerment program participants use Empowerment: The Art of Creating Your Life as You Want It by David Gershon and Gail Straub. In-person participants receive a copy directly from Maarty. Telephone participants buy their copy online at Amazon.com. WorkshopsWorkshops are an intensive format offered to groups of up to twenty people. Introductory workshops can be conducted in 90 minutes; the complete Empowerment workshop is four days.
