It was
1980 and I had just woke up from having a vision of walking with Jesus Christ. I was taken into the future where I was shown
a Shuttle launching into orbit when it EXPLODED and I was in Shock over the lives that had just been taken by death.
Christ turned to me and spoke this is what could happen, go and tell them in charge what you have seen.
As you can see those who I wrote letters too simply ignored my plea for
them to understand what was going to happen if left unchanged. In all the years that I tried to prevent the loss of life I
recieved only one letter from N.A.S.A thanking me for my concern but the Shuttle would just do an emergency landing. I wrote
back that the craft was going to explode and would not be able to do that. I never got another letter from them.
I can however relay an event that happened just after the Challenger explosion
when a stranger out of nowhere pulls up and asks me do I want a ride as he passes by me each morning on his way
to work. I ask him where he works and it's Rockwell , the place where the Shuttle was made. So I'm in his car asking myself
why I got in anyway and now he's telling me that he works for the place that made the Shuttle, my mind was going a mile a
minute. So I ask him about a design I had similar to Apollo in which our people would be given the options of fighting off
death with rockets to pull the crew compartment away. Cost, something about how much money it would take to make a change
like that. I never saw him after that encounter, and was left wondering who he really was after all.
I have recently been trying to give our President ( George W. Bush )options ( Options taken from a scene in Hunt for Red October with the Politician ) for the survival
of our crews that fly these machine's. I tried unsuccessfully just days before the anthrax scare came up and now believe that
the letter's I sent were more than likely sent somewhere to be burned. In the Shuttle letter I had again spoken
on hearing the spirit speaking to me about an upcoming disaster and was trying again on getting people in charge to look
at the problem again.
For me this is and always has been Cost, I worked in a machine shop, Hughes
Helicopter as a nc machinist, and before that in a job shop. Retooling is yes very expensive, but the loss of life is an even
greater COST in my heart. There is a movie with Jimmy Stewart called " It's a wonderful life ", George Bailey (
Main charactor ) who was going to go thru some tough time's and here I find a President who's first name is George. Trouble
from an attack against our Twin Towers to a madman with WMD to suicide bombers who like Japan are sending their young
men and women to die for a false glory.
George W. Bush has put the Salute back when he emerges from his
helicopter, something Clinton never did, in fact Bush is cleaning up the mess this man did by having sexual contact revealing
his oath to his wife and this country was lip service or was that what he recieved from Monica, but that is
a can of worms all by itself.
