Cal-TASH Student Chapter

The Cal-TASH student chapter is meant to support university students and new teachers in the field of inclusive education. If you are unfamiliar with TASH, please visit their website. Our goals are to advocate for our needs as students and new professionals in the field, participate in conferences and events related to inclusion, trade strategies and materials that work, and create a quarterly newsletter highlighting resources and best practices in inclusion.
Our recent presentations at the November TASH conference were a success! In addition, we sponsored a showing of the documentary "Back to School" at CSUN this Fall and completed our Fall edition of our newsletter. Current projects include an "Adaptation Fair" in the Spring in which special educators will bring a variety of adaptations to share with each other.
