| John acquired the F4 in 1983. The car is essentially a
"bog standard" F4 3-wheeler with the usual 3-speed Burman
gearbox. It has
black wings, dark (saxe blue) coachwork, and cream colored wheels, the
original Factory colors.
There is a virtually complete history of the car since its date of delivery in Blackpool, England on 11 July 1949. The car was featured in recent articles in the Morgan Three Wheeler Club's The Bulletin. Many years ago John raced MGs and a Jaguar in Cal Club events in Southern California. After an extensive restoration, it became fun to campaign the Morgan three wheeler. |
