Although heim quantum theory has not yet been verified, it has had some successes:

In the 1980’s heim used his theory to predict that neutrinos we not massless particles as previously believed.

This was verified first in 1998 at the super kamiokande and later in 2001 by the SNO and 2006 at fermilab. 

Another success was that heim used his theory to derive a mass formula for elementary particles that appears to be far more accurate then mainstream theories.

Similarly he was able to accurately predict particle lifetimes that agree with current experimental measurements within a reasonable error.
