Judi Armbruster - Canyon Songs Harvest McCampbell - Dream of the Landscape
"Dream of the Landscape"
spans three decades of deeply reflective writing. Here,
Harvest McCampbell speaks in the language of landforms and biospheres,
of pain and passion, courage and redemption. These poems weave a path through
peopled valleys and lonely mountain ridges towards a state of grace.

Harvest McCampbell is the author of the classic Native herb book on the art of smudging. "Sacred Smoke" has been continuously in print since 1991, and is available through many book stores and on-line book vendors. Her poetry is featured on our New Work page.
In Canyon Songs Judi Armbruster shares a sense of place in the territory of her ancestors. With a wild and natural muse she explores home coming; her sometimes uneasy and other times sumptuous adaptation to life amidst "a million shades of green." This collection of poetry is a must read for anyone who has ever dreamed of home, for all who have sought solace in nature. Anticipated Release: Fall '06
Judi is an internationally published poet and artist. Her poetry is prominently featured in the book "They Call Us Indians," originally published in Swedish and now available in English. She was also included in “The Book of Hope.” You will find a poem and links to more of Judi's poetry on our New Work page.

We are a small new company looking forward to the release of our first book. Our publishing efforts will focus primarily on writers from Turtle Island: Native poetry and literary collections, children's books, and ethnobotany - including herbs and foods.
