The next five paragraphs can change your life and save you tens of thousands of dollars or more, if you set aside rumours and preconceived ideas long enough to think and read for yourself.
This test can be hazardous to the sanity of the IRS!
The author takes no responsibility for your actions as a result of your answers.
In fact, the author makes no suggestion or recommendation that you take any action at all besides this:
Verify all facts presented and make your own informed decisions.
Scoring Your Test
American Citizen
If your answers for number 1 through 6 are NO and your answer to number 7 is YES, you may qualify as tax exempt from individual income tax reporting for the rest of your life according to the Constitution for the united states of America and the IRS code!
U.S. Federal Citizens
If your answer to the first two or fifth questions was YES, you qualify as a federal citizen/taxpayer forever.
If your answer to any of the other six questions was YES and your answer to number 8 is NO, you qualify as a federal citizen/taxpayer for as long as you're involved in such.
However, if you answered YES to number 8, you may qualify for an exemption from the individual taxation of up to $70,000 of your gross earnings.
See Internal Revenue Code § 911(a)(1)(2) which creates an exclusion from gross income of up to $70,000 per year [911(b)(2)(A)] of such foreign earned income -- which includes income earned in the 50 states.
They are "foreign" to the U.S.!
By now this may sound like a tax-protest scam, but nothing could be further from the truth.
It is simply a test everyone should take when reading the rules for individual taxation found in the U.S. Code Title 26 (the IRS code).
If you are NOT liable, you can get out.
No need to protest, or to ask permission.
Fact #1
The federal government, as well as the IRS (the two are not synonomous…), use special definitions ("words of art") in its rules and regulations in an attempt to confuse We The People. For example, when the IRS uses the term "United States," it means the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands --- only. The term "State" (capitalized) means one of those same places. However "state" (not capitalized) refers to one of the 50 states or another country (See IR Code § 3121(e) and § 7701(a)(9) and (9)(10).
Also remember this other little tidbit: the term "includes" means only those items or places specifically listed. At such times it does not mean the items or places listed "plus other thingss" not listed (see IR Code § 7701:
"[The use of the word] 'including' means only what is listed 'within'."
Montello Salt Co. v. Utah, 221 US 452 at 466).
Now that you know a few of the definitions, you should look up the following IRS rules for taxing individuals:
Fact #2
No one born in any of the 50 states is required to file any form for money earned from labour in the 50 states.
As shown by these and many other legal citations, the courts agree that everyone "passing" the test above (all NO's except for number 7) would be exempt from income taxes under Title I of the tax codes! They would not even need to file anything.
Fact #3
The terms "income:" "wages" and "salary" apply only to government employees or those working in the "corporate" U.S.
"Compensation" (which by definition is different from those terms) is not Taxable.
(See IRS Code [Title 26] § 3401 [a] and [c].)
By now, some readers may be thinking, "I'm not a lawyer; how do I know this is true?
Haven't a lot of folks gone to jail or had their property taken for trying to "get out of income taxes?"
To answer the first question, you do not need to be a lawyer to understand the Constitution.
It was written for simple farmers 200 years ago, and today most of us are better educated.
Next, you don't need to be a lawyer to ask your local librarian to help you look up these citations.
Once you have found them and applied the true definitions of the "terms," their meanings will become clear.
All of the above would apply equally to a "flat" tax if one were adopted; only federal employees and those in regulated occupations would be liable for it.
Your Government and the IRS Have Hoodwinked You!
As to the second question, yes there are people in jail on related matters; they failed to discover the truth about who they are, instead they tried to fight the government on its own territory and under its own rules.
You rarely or never hear about the many Americans who stand up to the IRS and the government and regularly win. They are not trained lawyers either. They are ordinary people like you and me, but they took the test, read the law and applied what they learned. They did not "get out of" paying income tax, they learned the truth that they don't owe any, you can too.
As Goethe wrote, "None are more hopelessly enslaved than those who falsely believe they are free." Certainly ignorance enslaves, and knowledge frees, but knowledge not used enslaves and degrades. To be free we must take action.
