Wow! From Namaqua Elementary School (which pulled 42 cables, totalling 6900') to Ferguson High School (which called saying they needed ten extra jacks for the extra cables they pulled), NetDay appears to have been a great success throughout the District.
Thanks to nearly one hundred volunteer parents, students, teachers, and computing and network professionals from the business community, who made a difference by installing network wiring in some of our schools.
Seven District Schools have now held a NetDay. [Click here to see some photographs.]
Several other schools showed some interest, but couldn't make the October 26 time-frame.
Some of the original seven schools are already talking of a repeat NetDay.
And based on the success of the original seven schools, NetDay is certain to spread to other schools in Thompson School District as well as throughout Colorado.
Follow these links to find out more information. Then call your neighborhood school to volunteer for the next NetDay!

Thompson School District NetDay Information:

Hardly anybody registered online. Most volunteered in person or by phone.
The following Thompson School District schools have now held at least one NetDay. If you were there, you can still click on a school to register, thus letting the state and national organizers know how many were there!
Except as noted, these schools pulled cable on October 26.
