Caltex Persian Dances #1: Raqs-ha-ye Irani. "Iranian Dances". (aka Goodarzi Orchestra -- Raqs-ha-ye Irani)
This is the first in a series of Persian dance music produced by Caltex Records, and is a re-release of an earlier recording by the Goodarzi Orchestra. It has many excellent traditional pieces and is, in my opinion, the best recording currently available commercially for dancing. You can order from Caltex Records, 9045-A Eton Avenue, Canoga Park, California 91304, 818/700-8657.
