California Digital Library (CDL)
CDL provides single access to digital collections produced by the University of California. Included are Counting California providing access to government data and statistics about California, e-Scholarship Repository providing access to scholarly publications including post-prints, journals and peer-reviewed series, and seminar papers, the Online Archive of California (OAC) providing a searchable database of finding aids to primary resources in libraries, museums, and archives in California, and access to Melvyl, the online catalog.

Use this page to search for scholarly literature, including peer-reviewed papers, theses, books, preprints, abstracts and technical reports from all broad areas of research from academic publishers, professional societies, preprint repositories and universities, as well as scholarly articles available across the web.
Hearth: Home Economics Archive
This Cornell University project provides information on the history of home economics, including scholarly research in areas such as child development, family economics, and industries associated with the home.
Inter-university Consortium for Political and Social Research (ICPSR)
ICPSR maintains and provides access to a vast archive of social science data for research.

University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) LibGuides
This site provides access to the course and subject guides compiled by the librarians of UCLA. Some resources listed are available only to UCLA IP addresses. UCLA students, faculty, and staff can access all of these resources using the campus proxy server, or the campus virtual private network (VPN). Members of the general public can access these resources only when using computers physically on the UCLA campus. There are guides to a wide range of subjects covering science, history, literature, languange and area studies, art and culture, public policy, medicine, and more.
University of Michigan Digital Library Collections
This site provides access to several digitization projects including primary resources on historical sociological, agricultural, and mathematical materials, including the Making of America project.
University of Southern California's Research Centers
USC is a premiere research institution. With a little patience and digging, you can click onto working papers by USC faculty in some of the Research Centers.
