This room
serves as our guest bed room. It is reasonably sized and receives a
lot of light due the South-East orientation, especially after the
dense side yard planting has been cleared.
The initial remodel
included installing a new double pane window, and painting the
walls, doors and various trims. The room now also wired with CAT-5.
