Forging

This Kevin Eichner, my advanced metal sculpture instructor, giving my classmates and myself instruction on getting the forge up and running. Warm? Yes!

I was amazed at how much coal I used forging the petal shapes on Jen’s firescreen — but, it was still fun and I have a few plans for making smaller versions out of old Webber grills and even 4” pipe!.
