- step1.jpg Print out Business Cards.
- step2.jpg Choose a design element. In this case, carp fish.
- step3.jpg To be unique, I did the carp calligraphy "koi" myself.
- step4.jpg Even though the final size is small, the original is quite large. Note the inkstick in the background.
- step5.jpg Printing the character on the back allows me to put description alongside of it. Unlike many designers, I utilize the card's back as well.
- step6.jpg For coloring, I use a cheap pocket watercolor set.
- step7.jpg Painting is done in batches. Each card is an original! I'm holding the brush Oriental Style.
- step8.jpg All the good ones get stamped. Like everything else, the stamp's design is an original.
- step9.jpg And we have one finished business card design! This unique design encourages clients to keep my card. With design changes every year, they become marketable collectibles.
