Try It Sessions
TRY IT SESSIONS
We are offering “try it” sessions at a cost of $50 for three sessions. Our club
has speedskates in various sizes that are available for use during these sessions. Please come earlier than the 7:40 p.m.
starting time so that we can fit you for a pair of speedskates or bring your own. A “Hold Harmless and Release Agreement”
must be read and signed before any participant is permitted participation in practices, activities and speedskating races
conducted or organized by GESS
CLOTHING
For safety purposes, all skaters are required
to wear the following: helmet, gloves or mittens, long sleeved shirt, leg coverings,
kneepads, neckguards and shinguards. Speedskates are preferred, but figure or
hockey skates can be used temporarily.
