Awards & Banquets

The GESS club has a proud tradition of recognizing our skaters. Our skaters work hard to achieve their goals and recognition of this achievement is a very important part of their development as a SpeedSkater. At the end of the season the coaches and officers of the club meet to review the progress of our skaters and determine the best club skater for each of the four awards. These awards are then presented to the skaters at our annual end of the year banquet.

In order to be eligible to score ASAI points for the end of season awards, skaters must be registered with ASAI by the third point scoring meet of the season. For this season the third point scoring meet is the WSA Gold Cup on 11/19/2006
