Here are a few pictures taken during this season's snowfall.

This picture was taken on March 4, 2005.
This was taken March 21, 2005 at 11:29 AM. The snow plow has not cleared the driveway yet. The pile at the street is about 4 feet tall. In the driveway it is over 2 feet deep.
This one, taken on March 23, 2005 shows the hot tub deck. I had previously dug out the first two feet of the deck. The snow is 3 feet deep, handrail height. The two foot tall lump on the right is the snow buildup on the handrail. Note the pile of snow on the post to the left.
Looking over the hot tub, it is only 6 inches deep on the cover. I used the tub the night before.
Another view of the hot tub deck and the trees in the back yard. Note the snow is about 3 feet deep on the roof of the neighbor's house.
Off the front deck looking down at the propane tank.

The white band on the pole is halfway up the poles 16' length. There is even snow on the tip of the 2 inch pole.

Looking down the outside stair way. About 4-6 inches have blown into the structure. The driveway plow has come and gone and left a big pile of snow at the bottom of the stairs.

Our propane BBQ sits on the top landing awaiting better weather.

This is looking out of the living room towards the street.

Taken on March 23,2005 at around 5 PM. The snow is falling steadily.

The snow has built up on the deck and it is getting ahead of my shoveling. The lump on the left is the stairway roof.

The snow got up to over 8 feet deep on the front deck.

Picture taken March 30, 2005. The snow is still pretty deep on the front deck, but the driveway is mostly clear.

Snow pole on the right is a 10 foot pipe.

This picture was taken at 10:30 AM on May 9th. Now you know why Mary is in Santa Rosa, not Serene Lakes. That is 8" of fresh snow on the ground and as of 1 PM as I am posting this to the web it is still coming down.
