Well you got this far so now have a seat and I'll tell you about me. I'm a
board certified radiologist - a medical imaging specialist - in Southern
California. I completed the six year BA/MD program at
Boston University and received my M.D. degree
from Boston University School of
Medicine in 1975. I did my initial post graduate training at Grady Memorial
Hospital affiliated with Emory
University School of Medicine . I started practice in general medicine and
achieved the rank of senior assistant surgeon in the
USPHS. The
invention of Computerized Tomography in the 70's and it's subsequent use in
clinical medicine got me interested in Radiology. I completed my Diagnostic
Radiology residency at the Medical University of
South Carolina in 1981 and was board certified by the American Board of
Radiology and became a member of the
American College of Radiology in June 1981. I
am an active member of the Radiological Society
of North America, the California Radiologic Society and the Los Angeles
Radiologic Society. I was the medical director of the Department of Radiology
in a hospital here in southern California till it was closed by the financial
pressures of trying to survive with managed care. I continue to practice
Diagnostic and Interventional Imaging in the Los Angeles area. If you would
