This 24 y/o male complained of pain in his right knee. X-ray findings led to a bone scan and a non-contrast CT. Selected images from the studies shown above demonstrate a circumscribed lesion of bone with sclerotic margins and internal calcifications which is "hot" on bone scan. Persistent pain led to surgical excision of this chondroblastoma.
