This 16 y/o presented with arm pain. Plain film findings led to CT and MRI. Selected images from the studies shown above demonstrate findings consistent with a healing fracture. A 6 week follow-up x-ray shows additional callous formation about the fracture site. Additional information from the patient and father revealed a history of minor incidental trauma and continuous weight lifting by the patient (>100 "curls" per day) despite the pain prior to the initial studies.
