This 44 y/o male presented with left thigh pain and a palpable mass posteriorly. He was referred for MRI evaluation. Selected T1 weighted and FSEIR images shown above demonstrate abnormal signal in the hamstring group (semimembranosus/semitendinosis) compatible with a hamstring injury (strain).
