This 68 y/o male was admitted with urinary tract infection and sepsis. He had a history of left orchiectomy for cancer "many years ago". Cell type unknown. Selected saggital and transverse images from his right testis ultrasound are shown above. There is an anechoic mass in the testis and another in the head of the epididymis. Surgical excision was performed and a simple epithelial lined cyst of the testis was found as well as an epididymal cyst.
