This 61 y/o female with a long history of headaches and intermittent neck pain was referred for MRI. Selected T1 weighted, FLAIR, T2 weighted, post gadolinium T1 weighted, and MRangiographic images shown above demonstrate a right temporoparietal vascular malformation.
