This 41 y/o female presented with a history of headache for one year. Selected T1, T2, and T1 post gadolinium images shown above demonstrate two dural based enhancing lesions consistent with meningiomas. Surgery and pathologic analysis confirmed two masses classified as atypical meningiomas, transitional type.
